Important Information Before Checking In at Hostel Urban
We do everything we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and we kindly ask you to read the following important rules and information about our hostel:

Upon check-in, please present the passports of all guests staying at the hostel (this also applies to group bookings). If you are traveling with a child under the age of 14 without their parents, a notarized letter of authorization will be required;

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to observe quiet hours after 11:00 PM and check out no later than 11:00 AM;

Smoking is prohibited on the premises, except in designated smoking areas;

Being on the premises under the influence of alcohol, as well as consuming alcoholic or low-alcohol beverages, is prohibited;

Shared and private bathroom facilities are located on the floors;

Traveling with your furry friend: we are happy to welcome guests with dogs weighing up to 10 kg! Pets are allowed only when booking a private room. Fee: an additional 15 BYN + a refundable deposit of 50 BYN.
